All programs require registration unless otherwise noted.
Programs listed in the calendar are for individuals and families. If you have a group, such as scouts, that would like a program, please contact the Estuary Center or complete and return our Program Request Form.

10/26/2019 @ 11:00 am-2:00 pmVisit the junction of the Big and Little Gunpowder Falls to search for eagles above, beavers below, and the changing foliage all around! This is an approximately 4 mile round trip paddle; recommended for experienced kayakers. *Meet at Mariner Point Park

10/26/2019 @ 5:00 pm-6:30 pmDress for the occasion and step onto the Water Strider for a relaxing cruise on the river. Watch the sun slip below the horizon while enjoying a "spirited" seasonal dinner. *Meet at the Estuary Center
10/27/2019 @ 10:00 am-11:00 amLog your miles while enjoying some beautiful scenery and some fellow nature enthusiasts! All skill levels/paces welcome. The course is an out and back, single track, approx. 2 miles long (but you can run it more than once if you choose).
10/27/2019 @ 2:00 pm-4:00 pmBecome a part of a volunteer team of invasive plant removers and native plant restorers. Learn why non-native invasive plants are a threat to our ecosystem, how to identify problem plants, and removal and restoration strategies. Wear sturdy shoes, long sleeves, and work gloves for field work in the Reserve each meeting date, weather permitting.
