Monday thru Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.
Attention all program registrants: All programs require pre-registration for the forseeable future. There will be no drop-in programs. Please be advised all programs will take place outdoors with social distancing and face masks are recommended to be available for use.
Programs listed in the calendar are for individuals and families. If you have a group, such as scouts, that would like a program, please contact the Estuary Center or complete and return our Program Request Form.

Introduce your kids to the basics of fishing with assistance from experienced fishermen! Participants may bring their own rods and reels and tackle, or a limited number are available to borrow from OPCA. Meeting location: ACLEC Pontoon Pier (Rt. 40, just SW of Abingdon/Otter Point Road). Pre-registration is required.
06/20/2020 @ 9:30 am-2:30 pmExperienced kayakers are invited to paddle roughly 1.5 miles from Rocky Point to north of Drum Point on Hart-Miller Island. Bring a lunch to enjoy on the sandy beach. Finish with a hike on the island trails to view bird life before heading back to the mainland. *Meet at Rocky Point Beach Park - additional admission fee required
