WOOD DUCK PROJECT The Wood Duck Project is a cooperative effort with the Anita C. Leight Estuary Center, the Izaak Walton League of America - Harford County, and Harford Christian School (HCS). Under the direction of the Park Manager, and with the help of the Center's staff, the students of Ada Stambaugh from HCS have been actively involved with this project since the fall of 2001.
